Together, we consider whether mediation is the right way forward. This can be done individually or together with the parties involved.

We listen to everyone's concerns, expectations and emotions. On this basis, we decide in consultation which topics to discuss.

With respect for all parties, a sustainable and workable solution is negotiated.

If an agreement is reached, it is put in writing and signed. A judge can ratify it.

If necessary, parties can meet again later to refine or evaluate agreements.

The number of conversations cannot be predetermined; we always follow the pace of those involved.

Mediation bridges the gap between conflict and solutions.
