Step 1. Intake interview
Step 2. Joint discussions
We listen to everyone's concerns, expectations and emotions. On this basis, we decide in consultation which topics to discuss.
Step 3. Finding solutions
With respect for all parties, a sustainable and workable solution is negotiated.
Step 4. Drafting agreement
If an agreement is reached, it is put in writing and signed. A judge can ratify it.
Step 5. Aftercare and follow-up
If necessary, parties can meet again later to refine or evaluate agreements.
The number of conversations cannot be predetermined; we always follow the pace of those involved.
